Dr. Krista E. Ortiz, PT, DPT, Cert. DN, Cert. Vestibular and Concussion Specialist, Certified Life Coach
Dr. Ortiz holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science and a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from Nazareth College. She is fellowship trained from the renowned American Academy of Manipulative Therapy, studying under the distinguished Dr. James Dunning. She is certified in Dry Needling, a Certified Specialist in Vestibular and Concussion Rehabilitation, and is soon to complete her Certification in Spinal Manipulation and Diploma in Osteopractic (Dec 2024). Dr. Ortiz has studied at the Institute for Functional Medicine, where she completed the Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice program. Additionally, she has advanced her manual therapy techniques through the Upledger Institute, completing CS-1 and CS-2 in CranioSacral Therapy for treating acute and chronic conditions. Driven by a passion for lifelong learning, Dr. Ortiz focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of pain and physical dysfunction. She is deeply passionate about using cutting edge evidence-based techniques to maximize outcomes. Dr. Ortiz is a certified Life Coach through the Life Coach Training Institute and a U.S. Air Force honorably discharged Veteran. Outside of her practice, Dr. Ortiz enjoys time with her two dogs, Apollo, an English Yellow Lab, and Ace, a Black Lab mix. She loves traveling the world and playing competitive poker with her partner, Erik.
