What insurance do you accept?
We accept Traditional Medicare Part B and Blue Cross Blue Shield, with VA Community Care (TriWest) pending. Cash-pay appointments are also available.
If you have insurance we don't accept, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Depending on your plan, you may receive reimbursement for a portion of your visit after meeting your out-of-network deductible. Coverage and reimbursement amounts vary, so we recommend checking your benefits before scheduling.
How much does physical therapy cost?
Cash-pay appointments are $220 per hour for personalized, one-on-one physical therapy. Patients using accepted insurance may be responsible for copays, deductibles, or coinsurance, depending on their individual plan.
Do you offer sliding-scale pricing?
Yes! We offer a limited number of reduced-rate appointments for uninsured and self-pay patients experiencing financial hardship. Please contact us to discuss eligibility and available options.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Appointments can be booked directly through our website. New patients will receive intake paperwork to complete before their first visit. If you're using insurance, please provide your insurance information so we can review your coverage.
Do I need a referral?
Most patients can begin physical therapy without a referral. Under Texas law, eligible patients may receive treatment for up to 30 consecutive calendar days before a referral is needed to continue care. Your insurance may have additional requirements.
Wellness services do not require a referral.
Do you offer mobile or in-home physical therapy?
Yes! A limited number of in-home appointments are available for patients who prefer treatment in the comfort of their own home. An additional travel fee applies based on total round-trip driving time. Please contact us for availability and pricing.
Do you offer telehealth appointments?
Yes! Virtual physical therapy is available for appropriate patients who prefer remote care, exercise guidance, and ongoing support.
What is an Osteopractor?
An Osteopractor is a licensed healthcare professional, typically a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Medical Doctor, or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, who has completed advanced postgraduate training in spinal and joint manipulation, dry needling, and evidence-based manual therapy techniques.
Osteopractors specialize in evaluating and treating neuromusculoskeletal conditions, including back pain, neck pain, headaches, joint dysfunction, and movement-related disorders. Much like a patient may see a dermatologist for specialized skin care, an Osteopractor provides specialized care focused on the muscles, joints, nerves, and movement systems of the body.
